Church: COVID Edition (BTS)
When the world’s upside down, what does Church look like?
In the past 6 months, that’s been a lot of different things. Inside, outside, inside again, outside again, masks, hand sanitizer, freeze-frame high fives, pre-packaged communion, plexiglas….you name it, we’ve had to do it, often at the last minute. I think the theme for 2020 is “Pivot!”
So I thought you’d enjoy a little peak into what it takes to make a last-minute outdoor service happen. I’m particularly proud of the fact that our tech team is comprised of a majority of women, who are not the usual suspects in tech ministry. My best friend, Ashley Martinez, is not only a talented worship leader in her own right, but she’s an amazing sound tech, too. I’m blessed to serve alongside her at LMC.
